Chair yoga pose to start your week off strong- Forward Bend

 *wheelchair users move foot rests out of way for this one*

1. Start with legs at 90degrees, back off chair.

2. On an exhalation, come into a forward bend over the legs.

3.Let the hands rest on the floor if they reach it.
 Let the head hang

4.On an inhalation, raise body back up.

5.Repeat this pose several times, moving with the breath.
